VBASE® to Exhibit at Lubricant Expo Europe, In Two Innovation Award Categories
VBASE® Oil Company will exhibit for the first time at Lubricant Expo Europe, held September 15-17 at Messe Düsseldorf in Germany. The event is the largest gathering of the lubricant supply chain in Europe, drawing more than 320 exhibitors from over 80 countries. VBASE will be located at Booth 680, and attendees are encouraged to stop by and meet the team.
At the booth, the VBASE team will share info on Secondary Polyol Ester® (SPE®) base oils, the company’s high-performance, sustainable base oil technology spanning ISO VG 32 to 460 and applied across hydraulic oils, gear oils, compressor oils, greases, marine oils, and fire-resistant fluids.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to talk through VBASE SynBoost™, a co-base oil technology. When paired with a Group II base stock, the resulting formulation approaches the viscometrics and performance of leading Group III base stocks, a topic of particular interest to formulators managing Group III supply constraints.
VBASE has also entered two Innovation Award categories at this year’s event: Lubricant Component Innovation of the Year and Sustainability Innovation of the Year, both recognizing VBASE’s SPE® technology. Attendees can visit the Innovation Awards Gallery at Stand 239 to view the company’s entry and cast a vote before voting closes at 15:00 on September 16. Finalists will present to the judging panel in the Discovery Theatre on September 17, with winners announced at 12:30.
Dr. Martin Greaves (Chief Technology Officer), Stephen Eck (Chief Operating Officer), and Dr. Jeff DiMaio (Chief Executive Officer) will be on-site at Booth 680 throughout the show. The team will also be in the region the week prior for customer meetings and welcomes early outreach from anyone who would like to arrange time before or during the event.
